2023年7月28日，第 31 届世界大学生夏季运动会在成都盛大开幕。

成都大运会已经成为世界瞩目的盛事，来自世界各地的年轻人相约成都挥洒青春、点燃梦想！

成都大运会的赛事口号为“成都成就梦想”，办赛理念为“绿色、智慧、活力、共享”。

With “Chengdu Makes Dreams Come True” as the slogan, Chengdu will incorporate the philosophy of hosting a “Sustainable, Smart, Spirited, and Sharing” event.

吉祥物：“蓉宝”，是以🐼熊猫基地真实的大熊猫“芝麻”为原型创作的，“蓉宝”面部构思参考了川剧的脸谱样式，“蓉宝”的耳朵、眼睛、尾巴也皆呈现火焰形态，全方位多视角地凸显了“火”这一天府文化中的重要标签。

The mascot: “Rong Bao” is based on the real giant panda “Sesame” in the panda base, the facial concept of “Rong Bao” refers to the face style of Sichuan Opera, and the ears, eyes and tail of “Rong Bao” also show the form of flames, highlighting the important label of “fire” in Tianfu culture from all angles.

会徽：在世界大学生运动会对应英文首字母“U”的基础上，结合了天府文化象征元素之一的太阳神鸟。

Emblem: On the basis of the English initials “U” corresponding to the World University Games, it combines the Golden Sun  bird, one of the symbolic elements of Tianfu culture.

火炬“蓉火”取自成都的简称“蓉”，同时寓有“融合”“包容”之意。火炬将朱红、明黄、翠绿、湖蓝四个渐变色整合起来，又呈现成都热情、活力、时尚的多彩生活与大学生的斑斓青春。

The torch is named “Rong Huo”, which incorporates the gradient color blocks of vermilion, bright yellow, emerald green, and lake blue of the Chengdu 2021 FISU Games main visual design, symbolising the vibrant, energetic, and colorful life of Chengdu, as well as the youth of university students.

奖牌（medals）：“蓉光”为名，谐音为“荣光”。

成都大运会比赛项目设置田径、跳水、射箭、篮球、排球、游泳、水球、羽毛球、体操、艺术体操、击剑、柔道、乒乓球、跆拳道、网球15个必选项目和武术、赛艇、射击3个自选项目，共18个大项、269个小项。
